1. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the digital nature of IPTV subscriptions and immediate account activation:

  • All sales are final. Once your subscription activation details (credentials, M3U links, or MAC activation) have been generated and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • We recommend using a trial or short-term plan (if available) before committing to a long-term subscription to verify your setup, hardware, and internet speeds.

2. Exceptions & Specific Refund Conditions

A partial or full refund may only be evaluated under the following rare circumstances:

  1. Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver your login credentials or activate your line within 48 hours from the exact time of purchase.
  2. Duplicate Payment: If your account was charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error.

3. Issues Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Internet & Connection Speeds: Poor buffering or freezing caused by local internet bottlenecks, ISP throttling, or weak Wi-Fi connection.
  • Device Incompatibility: Issues caused by unsupported hardware, outdated third-party apps, or wrong configuration on the buyer’s end.
  • Account Sharing Violation: Suspensions resulting from using a single-connection account on multiple devices simultaneously.
  • Change of Mind: Deciding to cancel or no longer wanting the service after activation details have been issued.
