2. Service & Subscriptions

Nature of Service: IPTV services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but playback stability and channel availability can be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., internet connection speed, network routing, or ISP throttling).
Device Compatibility: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their device and software are compatible with our IPTV format.

3. Usage & Account Policy

Single Connection: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your subscription package, a single IPTV subscription allows connection on one device at a time.
Account Sharing: Account credentials (m3u links, Xtream Codes credentials, MAC addresses) are non-transferable and strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing credentials with third parties will lead to immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final once activation details are sent to the client.
We strongly advise requesting a test trial (if available) before purchasing long-term plans to test compatibility with your hardware and internet speed.
Refunds are only considered in cases where our system fails to generate and activate your order within 48 hours of purchase.
